Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) : The company informed the exchanges that it has made an investment of ₹100 crore in the equity shares of Aditya Birla Capital Digital Limited (ABCDL). Aditya Birla Capital noted that, with this announcement, there is no change in the percentage shareholding of ABCL, and ABCDL will continue to be a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Shriram Properties : The mid-market and mid-premium focused residential real estate developer has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop prime land at Koyambedu, Chennai. The total area of the project is around 3.2 lakh square feet and is to be developed over the next three years.
Lupin : Pharma major Lupin received approval from the USFDA for its abbreviated new drug application for Ipratropium Bromide Nasal Solution (Nasal Spray) to market a generic equivalent. The product will be manufactured at Lupin’s Pithampur facility in India.
Rana Sugar : The company informed the exchanges that its premises were under search by Income Tax authorities from the early morning of February 6, 2025, until the early morning of February 10, 2025. All electronic gadgets were seized by the authorities during this period.
BGR Energy : The CGST department in Mumbai has alleged that excess income tax collection of Rs 10.19 crore (CGST, MGST & IGST) was availed at the registered office of BGR Energy Systems Limited in Andhra Pradesh. An order was passed for the recovery of Rs 20.39 crore. The company noted that this order has no major effect on its operations and that it intends to appeal against the order.
Eicher Motors : Eicher Motors announced the appointment of Siddhartha Lal as the Executive Chairman of the Board following the retirement of Chairman S. Sandilya. The board also appointed Vinod Aggarwal as the Vice Chairman (Non-Executive) and B. Govindarajan as the new Managing Director of the company.
Chalet Hotels : The Board of Directors approved the acquisition of Mahananda Spa and Resorts Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mankind Pharma Limited and the owning company of The Westin Resort & Spa.
SBFC Finance : SBFC Finance has received Rs 4,000 million in financing from British International Investment (BII), the UK’s development finance institution and impact investor. The funds will enable low-income MSMEs and women borrowers to grow their businesses with access to finance.
Samhi Hotels : The company has acquired a 100 percent stake in Duet India Hotels, a Chennai-based branded hotel ownership and asset management platform, for an enterprise value of Rs 53 million. Duet India Hotels is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samhi Hotels and owns 116 rooms at Four Points by Sheraton, Chennai OMR.
CWD Limited : The company has approved the issuance of 5,39,925 equity shares of face value ₹10 on a preferential basis.
Dynamatic Technologies : The company has partnered with Deutsche Aircraft, a regional aircraft OEM, at Aero India 2025 in Bangalore.
EarningsGrasim Industries – Net loss at Rs 168.7 crore; revenue at Rs 8,120.3 crore.
Bata Industries – Net profit up 1.2 percent YoY at Rs 58.7 crore; revenue up 1.7 percent YoY at Rs 918.8 crore.
Ashoka Buildcon – Net profit up 580 percent YoY at Rs 655 crore; revenue from operations down 10 percent YoY to Rs 2,388 crore.
Honda India – Net profit down 33 percent YoY to Rs 19.09 crore; revenue from operations down 22 percent YoY to Rs 204.18 crore.
Eicher Motors – Net profit up 18 percent YoY to Rs 1,171 crore; revenue from operations up 19 percent YoY to Rs 4,973.12 crore.
MTAR Tech – Net profit up 53 percent YoY to Rs 15.96 crore; revenue from operations up 47 percent YoY to Rs 174.46 crore.
Avanti Feeds – Net profit up 87 percent YoY to Rs 135 crore; revenue from operations up 9 percent YoY to Rs 1,366 crore.
Nykaa – Net profit up 51 percent YoY to Rs 26 crore; revenue from operations up 27 percent YoY to Rs 2,267 crore.
Results on February 11 : Lupin, Vodafone Idea, AstraZeneca Pharma, Berger Paints, Awfis Space Solutions, Bajaj Healthcare, Bayer CropScience, BLS International Services, Birlasoft, Campus Activewear, Cello World, EIH, HEG, IRCON International, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation, Mamata Machinery, NBCC, Shree Renuka Sugars, Keystone Realtors, SAIL, Tata Investment Corporation, and Tolins Tyres will announce their quarterly earnings on February 11.
