Tata Technologies : TGP Rise Climate is likely to sell 1.59 crore shares (or a 3.9% stake) in the company via block deals, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting sources.
IndusInd Bank : Arun Khurana has resigned as Whole-time Director & Deputy CEO of the bank, effective April 28.
CESC : The company has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement with its subsidiary, Bhojraj Renewables Energy, for a 300 MW wind-solar hybrid power project at a tariff of Rs 3.81 per kWh, for 25 years. The agreement is subject to the approval of the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (WBERC).
Wipro : Europe-based Vorwerk has selected Wipro to manage and transform its IT landscape. Under this five-year engagement, Wipro will future-proof Vorwerk’s IT infrastructure by harnessing its AI-powered infrastructure operations solution, focused on enabling enterprise transformations of this scale.
Kirloskar Electric Company : The Board has designated Meena Kirloskar, Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, as the Vice Chairperson of the company with immediate effect.
Landmark Cars : The premium automotive retailer has sold its Jeep Punjab business, consisting of two showrooms and one workshop. With this, Landmark Cars has completely exited from Punjab. This move aligns with the company’s strategy to consolidate operations and rationalize costs.
Aurobindo Pharma : The company has reported a fire incident in the coal crusher area at its Penicillin-G manufacturing facility in Kakinada SEZ, Andhra Pradesh. The incident caused damage to certain ancillary equipment but had no impact on the core manufacturing infrastructure. Importantly, no injuries were reported. The incident is not expected to have a material impact on the operations or financials of the group. The facility is fully insured, and operations at the plant will be temporarily paused for an estimated 20–25 days for equipment replacement.
Gensol Engineering : The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has conducted a search and seizure operation at the company’s Ahmedabad and Gurgaon premises. The ED seized documents, electronic devices, and financial records. Gensol stated that the action was carried out under the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, and the quantifiable financial impact on the company cannot be ascertained at this point in time.
RBL Bank : Societe Generale has net bought 36,39,399 equity shares in the bank at an average price of Rs 203.99 per share.
Samhi Hotels : GTI Capital Alpha sold a 0.94% stake in the company at an average price of Rs 175.55 per share.
Deccan Health Care : Kent RO Systems sold 1,62,154 shares in the company at an average price of Rs 17.49 per share.
Kesoram Industries : Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte sold 25,17,721 equity shares in the company at an average price of Rs 3.82 per share.
